Testimonial January 26, 2016 When I wanted to purchase my own home I quickly discovered that the home I really wanted would not be within my reach using my usual bank. I did try to arrange a mortgage with them but the amount that was offered was well below any home that I wanted. When I went to Mortgage Architects it was such a pleasant experience. Because I do not get home from work till 6 pm Chris arranged to meet me at the office around 6:30 pm. The office is homey and is very welcoming, parking is close by no need to park on the street. It is nice that it is in the downtown area of Milton. Chris and I put together all my financial information. She kept the folder for a couple of months, whenever I saw a house I was interested in I would contact Chris and she would work the numbers. She was always positive and helpful. At first I didn’t seriously see a house I wanted but when I did she went straight to work talking to all of her lenders. She didn’t say hey that house is too much, she knew that it was very important to me to get a home in the school zone for my youngest son and that it be big enough for my older kids too. To be honest I am considered a high ratio and hence high risk client for lenders. Chris and I worked together and figured out what I had to do to be considered for the mortgage I needed. She searched around and found a lender who set a mortgage payment that is the same as it would be if I rented a house. This payment has been affordable for me and the lending rate is very low. Without Chris’ help it is very unlikely that I would have been able to convince a bank to lend me the money for the lovely home I am living in right now. Thank you so much Chris!
